Breaking News That Really Grinds My Gear

Breaking news that really grinds my gears, although I am not fully sure of the timing of this but I still feel it would be a good subject to talk about. In a Detroit classroom two students had started a fight in the middle of the class and they were moving throughout the class. The teacher not having having to many options to deal with the situation results in trying to break up the fight by hitting to the kids with the broom. The teacher was yelling at them to stop but they did not listen to her at all so she did what she had to do to try and get the kids separated as fast as possible. The teacher could not leave the students in the class and leave to get someone because she can not leave her students unattended. The results of this situation left the teacher without her job even though she had no other choices and other students claim she was a good teacher. So what really grinds my gears about this situation is that the teacher lost her job. I do not get why the teacher should be affected I think the students should be at blame in this situation because they should not be fighting in school at all. If they want to be ignorant or if they want to cause trouble inside of the school then they should not even come to the school at all because all they are doing is causing trouble and getting other people in trouble they are not getting anything done or helping others in any type of situation. I believe that school is a place to learn not to come and start a bunch of trouble. If you do not to succeed in life then that should be your own problem you should not come to school and ruin a chance to succeed for everybody else that might be disturbed by the drama or trouble that some people bring to the schools. And here is a link to the report on this school fight in a Detroit classroom.

Image of the Day

The image of the day is inspired by non-smokers through-out the world. I feel smoking is pointless and it is only shortening your life and the fact people do it willingly is very surprising. However me personally I do not have a problem with people who smoke. I believe it is their free will to smoke or not to smoke, but I rather not be around people when they smoke. This is because the smell of them smoking makes my stomach hurt. And sometimes if I am in a good mood it might ruin my mood or make me irritated. I think it is a very dumb decision to shorten your life on purpose. With all the health effects and chemicals being burned I do not think that people should even be allowed to smoke at all, at least in public. Even though it is their free will to do what they want to do I do not think it is fair to all the non-smokers. I believe this because second hand smoke does exist which isn’t fair because if you do not smoke at all it is not fair that the non-smokers can get illnesses from not even smoking. I also do not see how people can start smoking fully knowing what can happen or if they do not know what can happen I do not see why they would smoke if they do not know all the possible effects or what they are completely made from. Also how they can be addicted to such a harmful lifestyle. And this really grinds my gears.

A Little Bit About Me

Hello, my name is Dylian Nance, I am in the Digital Arts and Design lab, at Diamond Oaks, My Theme for this blog is what really grinds my gears or things that make me mad, frustrated, or aggravated. My interests are what is happening in the world such as weather for the day, what happened to someone that day, big occurrences like plane wrecks, volcanoes erupting or anything that is big enough to make the news. Or sometimes little things like crimes in the area of where I am or where I will be at later that day or week. I also enjoy listening to various kinds of music, mostly being Country and rap. A little more about me, I am a middle child of four. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. I am not that big of a reader but if I find a good book I might read it two or three times. My favorite book would happen to be The Giver which I started to read in about 8th grade and I have read it at least 3 or 4 times. I also like to think allot for example what would I do with a million dollars, I would make sure that I bought a really nice house and a extremely nice car. Another thing to think about would be what would make school a better place, I feel that school would be a better place if there were more people with manners or respect for not only themselves but others as well.
